Frankley is a community on the south west corner of Birmingham bordering on Waseley Country Park and The Lickey Hills. Frankley has a community of approximately 8,500 people and some 3,500 dwellings.

The development is situated at the corner of New Street and Arden Road and can be accessed via Bristol Road South (A38) via Parkway, Rubery Lane and Ormond Road. Additionally, the development can be accessed from Bristol Road at Northfield via Frankley Beeches, Tessall Lane,
Rubery Lane and Ormond Road.

Birmingham City Centre is approximately 7 miles to the north east.

Junction 4 of the M5 Motorway is approximately 3½ miles to the south.
